Natasha Pennant, also known as The Health Conscious Diva is a single mother, entrepreneur, health coach and advocate, who has championed through a few rounds with heart disease. Her talent is purely her passion to help others succeed in all facets of life so that we can enjoy our experiences here on earth. Natasha’s coaching stems from 18 years of fighting heart disease as well as an education and techniques developed by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition® where its founders believe that health and wellness is about being in touch with emotions, a positive mentality and the spirit, in addition to weight loss and eating well.

Natasha has been a health and wellness host on a local TV production out of Trenton, NJ. She has been interviewed by several media outlets including Connected Women's Magazine (online) and This Needs To Be Said radio show.

Currently, Natasha is the founder of HYPED (Helping Your People Excel Drastically) in Health Expo which is a free event to people wanting to learn how to take care of their health. She also heads informational and cooking workshops and healthy living retreats.
